Disappeared

Late at night outside a bar I sit there alone

And in the middle of a crowd I wish that somehow

Instead I would have found my way back home

 

And there's a band delivering all of the sound in the air

As I think to myself what am I doing here

Suddenly I watch you try to move in a little closer

As the crowd starts to disappear

And all that I want to do is sit next to you

As I take in every word that I hear

Cause in my mind the scene surrounding us

It has slowly disappeared

And it doesn't get much deeper than the words rolling off our tounges

And everything makes sense to me, everything that I wondered about

But I could swear that we both shared a moment wondering
